I’ve found myself suddenly in the middle of an incredibly busy week, and although I had the best intentions of writing a great post today, my brain was just on overload! So, I thought that instead I would maybe share the love and list a few of my very favourite websites out there right now. Check them out and let me know what you think
1000 Awesome Things – Get your daily dose of awesomeness here. Blogger Neil Parischa started a countdown in 2008 of everyday things that are actually pretty awesome.
It Made My Day – short little “moments of win” submitted by readers. Highly recommended if you need a quick pick-me-up!
Stratejoy – I stumbled on this site shortly after I started my own blog and it’s one of those blogs where I look forward to the new post every day. Great reads for those experiencing a quarterlife crisis, and for those who aren’t!
Refreshingly Honest – if you’re looking for a great love story, check out this blog. Girl meets boy through her blog, falls in love and gets married – all chronicled through her blog.
PostSecret – I’ve mentioned this one on my blog before, but I seriously love this website. PostSecret is an ongoing community art project where people mail in their secrets anonymously on one side of a postcard.
Positively Present – one of the first blogs I ever stumbled upon and I still love it to this day! It’s a blog focused on one girl’s quest to live positively in the present moment – great reads!
The Happiness Project – sometimes the world just sends you a sign. I just happened to be watching a morning talk show (which I never do) and I caught an interview with Gretchen Rubin, blogger and author of The Happiness Project, described as “an account of the year she spent test-driving studies and thories on how to be happy.” Start your own happiness project here!
What are some of your favourite websites? What blogs do you regularly follow? I’m always looking for more great reads!
